摘　　要：随着气象业务现代化进程的不断加快,社会各个领域对气象资料的检索、使用、查询的速度和种类要求也越来越高。传统的手工翻报表、抄写报表方式已不能满足现代化业务的发展要求。所以,建立一个完备的气象资料数据库管理系统势在必行[1]。该系统基于山西省气象资料SQL数据库基础,在ASP.NET开发环境下用C#语言开发的一套气象要素数据库查询管理系统。本文基于WEB的气象资料数据库管理系统的总体设计和技术实现。此系统根据气象资料用户管理工作的需要,完成了系统的逻辑结构设计和物理结构设计,运用了ASP.NET,C#,Java Script,Ajax等技术开发,实现了气象资料用户和系统管理员的不同权限的管理与查询功能。With the ceaselessly accelerating of the meteorological modernization process,the requirement is higher and higher for meteorological business such as information retrieving,applying,querying speed and inquiring types. The traditional working method is not able to meet these requirements,so it is imperative to establish a comprehensive weather database management system. In this paper,a database query processing system of meteorological elements is built under the ASP. NET development environment with C# language based on the SQL database of provincial meteorological data,and the overall design and technical implementation of the meteorological database management system based on WEB is adopted. According to the needs of meteorological data user management working,the paper completes the logic structure design and physical structure design of the system,with the using of technical development such as ASP. NET,C#,Java Script,Ajax and others,it achieves the management and query functions of different rights for meteorological data user and system administrator.
