摘　　要：文章介绍了石河子大学农机教研室作为校级优秀教学基层组织,强调制度建设、重视教学过程管理;整体布局师资培养、定期开展教研活动与观摩,努力提高教师的业务水平;"三位一体"完善的实践教学体系,努力培养学生的实践动手能力;坚持产、学、研协调发展,以科研促进生产,以科研服务教学,取得了较好的效果。This paper introduced agricultural machinery teaching and research section of Shihezi university as a school-level excellent teaching basic organization, emphasized the system construction, paid attention to process management of teaching;Arranged the teacher training on the whole, developed teaching and researching activities regularly, strived to improve teachers＇ professional level; Improved and perfected ＂the trinity＂ system of practical teaching, made effort to cultivate students＇ practical ability; Insisted on coordinated development of enterprises, colleges and institutes, promoted production and served teaching by science research. At present, good effect has been achieved.
