消炎止咳片穿心莲中脱水穿心莲内酯含量的HPLC分析

摘　　要：建立消炎止咳片的含量测定方法。采用高效液相色谱法测定了消炎止咳片穿心莲中脱水穿心莲内酯的含量。脱水穿心莲内酯在0.0394μg^0.394μg范围内具有良好的线性关系,γ=0.9998,平均加样回收率99.00%,RSD 0.38%(n=9)。该方法简便、精确、重现性好,能够控制该品种质量。To establish a method for the content determination of Anti - inflammatory cough tablets. The content of dehydrographkide in Anti -inflammatory cough tablets of Andrograph/s pan/cu/ata （ Burro. f. ） Neeswas obtained by High - performance liquid chromatography. Dehydm-graphkide has a good linear relationship within 0.0394/xg -0.39μg, 7 = 0.9998,and the average sample recovery rate was 99.00%with RSDof 0.38%（ n =9）.This method is simple and accurate with good reproducibility and can be used as the control of quality of the varieties.
