摘  要:目的:观察椎间盘髓核切吸术联合臭氧氧化术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:选取2010年1月至2013年1月间我院收治的腰间盘突出症患者150例,依据治疗术式不同分为观察组与对照组,观察组患者采用椎间盘髓核切吸术联合臭氧氧化术治疗,对照组采用经皮穿刺臭氧注射术治疗;采用VAS评分系统评估各组治疗前后腰腿疼痛情况,并观察治疗后两组患者JOA腰腿痛疗效评分改善情况及临床疗效。结果:两组患者治疗前VAS、JOA评分比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗后VAS、JOA评分均较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05);观察组治疗后VAS疼痛评分、JOA评分改善均较对照组更为显著,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:椎间盘髓核切吸术联合臭氧氧化术治疗腰椎间盘突出症,对缓解患者疼痛症状作用显著,疗效确切。Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of intervertebraldisc nucleus discectomy combined with percutaneous ozone oxidation in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion. Method: A total of 150 cases lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion admitted in our hospital from Jan. 2010 to Jan. 2013 were enrolled in the study and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the different treatments. The patients in the observation group were given intervertebraldisc nucleus discectomy in combined with percutaneous ozone oxidation treatments,while the patients in the control group were only given ozone oxidation treatment. VAS marking system was used to estimate the conditions of low back and leg pain in the patients of the two groups before and after treatment. The improvement of JOA low back and leg pain efficacy scale and the clinical efficacy in the two groups after treatment were observed. Result: The comparison between VAS pain scale and JOA low back and leg pain efficacy scale before treatment in the two groups was not statistically different( P 0.05). The VAS pain scale and JOA low back and leg pain efficacy scale after treatment were significantly improved when compared with those before treatment( P 0.05). The VAS pain scale and JOA low back and leg pain efficacy scale after treatment in the observation group were more significantly improved than those in the control group( P 0.05). Conclusion: Intervertebral disc nucleus discectomy combined with percutaneous ozone oxidation in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion can obviously relieve the patients' pain with a definite efficacy.
