疏肝调经汤治疗气滞血瘀型原发性痛经的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨疏肝调经汤对气滞血瘀型原发性痛经的疗效及对患者血清前列腺素和β-内啡肽的影响。方法:80例气滞血瘀型原发性痛经患者,随机分为两组,每组40例。对照组:给予痛经宝颗粒治疗。观察组:给予疏肝调经汤治疗。结果:观察组总有效率80.00%高于对照组总有效率52.50%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组患者痛经积分低于对照组患者痛经积分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组血清β-内啡肽、前列腺素E2水平高于对照组血清β-内啡肽、前列腺素E2水平,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组血清前列腺素F2α水平低于对照组血清前列腺素F2α水平,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:疏肝调经汤治疗气滞血瘀型原发性痛经临床疗效显著,能够有效调节患者血清前列腺素和β-内啡肽水平。Objective： To investigate the effect of Shugan Tiaojing decoction in the treatment of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type primary dysmenorrheal,and its intervention on serum prostaglandin and beta endorphin. Method： 80 cases of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type primary dysmenorrheal patients,admitted in our hospital,were randomly divided into two groups,each group of 40 cases. Control group were given Tongjingbao granule. The observation group used Shugan Tiaojing decoction. Result： The total efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P 0.01）. Dysmenorrhea integral,the observation group was higher than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P 0.05）. After treatment,serum beta endorphin,prostaglandin E2 level in the observation group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（ P 0.05）.After treatment,serum prostaglandin F2α level,the observation group was less than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P 0.05）. Conclusion： Shugan Tiaojing decoction in the treatment of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type primary dysmenorrheal,good curative effect,can effectively regulate serum prostaglandin and beta endorphin.
