摘  要:西安热工院研发的两段炉是国内首套采用水和蒸汽激冷的煤气化技术。介绍了两段炉煤气化装置工艺流程,针对近两年激冷水装置处易积灰的问题,分析了导致气化炉积灰的各工艺参数,提出减缓积灰的改进意见。The gasifier with two stages researched and developed by the Xi'an Thermo-technical Institute was the first set unit of coal gasification technology using water and steam quenching. Author has introduced the flow sheet for the coal gasification plant of the gasifier with two stages,in allusion to the ash deposition problem easy formed in the portion of water quenching device near the present two years,author has analyzed the every process parameter leading to the ash deposition of the gasifier,and has presented the improvement comment on decreasing the ash deposition.
