欣普贝生用于足月妊娠引产的有效性与安全性分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨欣普贝生用于足月妊娠引产的有效性与安全性。方法:回顾性分析进行引产的50例孕妇(孕周>38周)的临床资料。将用欣普贝生进行引产的28例孕妇做为观察组,选取采用缩宫素进行引产的22例孕妇做为对照组。结果:用药后12 h观察组Bishop评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组中26例经阴道分娩,成功率为92.9%,对照组12例经阴道分娩,成功率54.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:欣普贝生能明显提高宫颈成熟度,用于足月妊娠引产安全、有效。Objective To explore the effectiveness and safety of using propess in labor induction in term pregnancy. Methods 50 cases （ gestational age〉38 weejs）were studied by retrospective analysis. 28 cases of using propess in labor induction were selected in observation group,22 cases of using Oxytocin in labor induction were selected in control group. Results Cervical scores in 12 hours of pregnant women in observation group was higher than cervical scores in 12 hours of pregnant women in control group. There were statistically significant differ-ences between two group（ P 〈0. 05 ）. 26 cases succeeded to delivery though vagina in observation group,the successful rate of which is 92. 9%,12 cases succeeded to delivery though vagina in control group,the successful rate of which is 54. 5%,There were statistically signifi-cant differences between two group（P〈0. 005）. Conclusion The effect of propess is significant in promoting cervical to mature. propess is safety and effectiveness in labor induction in term pregnancy.
