冰冻康复新液对大剂量MTX导致口腔黏膜炎疗效的观察

摘　　要：目的:探索减少口腔黏膜炎(OM)疼痛、减少溃疡发生的治疗方法。方法:对88例白血病需要大剂量MTX治疗的患者进行常规护理干预,包括健康宣教、口腔溃疡分级护理,试验组在常规护理干预的同时增加冰冻康复新液含服,观察并记录OM的发生率、严重程度,并与只进行常规护理干预的对照组对比。结果:试验组患者均能良好接受冰块的刺激,试验组OM的发生率明显低于对照组,并且试验组的OM发生时间滞后于对照组。结论:试验组相对于对照组而言,对OM的预防与控制效果较为明显。Objective To explore the method to reduse OM,relieve painless and shorten the course of treatment for the ul-cer. Methods 88 cases were given conventional nursing including health care education and grading care,who were given large dose MTX treatment at the same time. And the experimental group add drinjing freezing Jangfuxin Ye. Observe ahd record the probability and the degree of OM,and contrast with the other group. Results Patients of experimental group accept the freezing Jangfuxin Ye well and the probability of OM is obviously less than the others. And the experimental group members get OM more later than control group members. Conclusion The experimental group get obvious effect on preventing and controling OM,contract with the control group.
