锁骨钩板固定术治疗肩锁关节脱位48例疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨锁骨钩板固定术在肩锁关节脱位治疗中的临床效果。方法:选取收治的肩锁关节脱位患者共48例,随机分为研究组25例和对照组23例,对照组实施克氏针固定术治疗、研究组实施锁骨钩板固定术治疗。比较两组优良率及并发症。结果:对照组与研究组优良率分别为73.9%和92.0%,研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对于临床中肩锁关节脱位患者实施锁骨钩板固定术治疗,恢复良好,并发症少,值得推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of clavicular hook plate fixation in the treatment of acromioclavicular joint dislocation. Method 48 cases of acromioclavicular joint dislocation were chosen and were divided into the study group（ 25 cases） and control group（ 23 cases）. Kirschner wire fixation was used in treating the control group,while the study group was given clavicular hook plate fixation. Comparison the excellent rate and complication in two group. Results The excellent rate of the control group and the study group were73. 9% and 92. 0% repectively,the study group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significance（ P〈 0. 05）; The complication rate of study was obviously less than that in the control group（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Clavicular hook plate fixation is used in treating the patients with acromioclavicular joint dislocation,good recovery,fewer complications,worthy of promotion.
