摘　　要：马驹桥公租房项目工程预制构件有9大类、189种型号,且采用不同的生产工艺和质量控制要点,对生产和发货的要求很高。介绍构件生产组织、模具加工、钢筋制作、混凝土浇筑及养护、质量控制及出厂验收等工艺和要求,并突出了信息化管理系统在整个生产过程中的重要作用。Majuqiao Public Rental Housing project involved 9 categories and 362 types of prefabricated components, which require different production processes and quality control points and which have high requirements for production and transportation. This paper introduced the organization of component production, mould processing, steel bar fabrication, concrete pouring and curing, quality control and factory acceptance, etc., and emphasized the important role of information-based management system in the whole production process.
