摘　　要：马驹桥公租房项目施工中,采用CSI住宅体系装配式装修方式,将工厂化生产的部品部件,通过可靠的装配方式按标准程序采用干法装修工艺。介绍快装轻质隔墙、快装吊顶、快装采暖地面、集成给水管道等装修工程项目的施工工艺和质量验收标准。CSI-based assembled decoration technique was used in the construction of MajuqiaoPublic Rental Housing project and the mass-produced components were reliably assembled by usingstandard process and dry decorative technique. This paper introduced the construction process and qualityacceptance standards for fast-installation light partition wall, fast-installation suspended ceiling, fast-installation heating floor and integrated water supply pipeline.
