快干型潮湿基面基层处理剂的研制

摘　　要：以阴离子乳化沥青为A组分、乳液改性剂为B组分、干粉砂浆为C组分制备了快干型潮湿基面基层处理剂,该基层处理剂能在潮湿基面快速干燥,并且与基层和防水卷材均粘结良好。当B组分中丙烯酸乳液用量为30%,A、B、C各组分的质量比为1∶1∶4时,快干型潮湿基面基层处理剂的综合性能最好。Quick-curing primer for damp substrate is developed by anionic emulsified asphalt as A component, emulsionmodified agent as B component and dry powder mortar as C component. This primer can quickly cure on damp substrate andhas good bonding with both substrate and waterproofing membrane. When acrylic emulsion in B component is 30% and themass ratio of A：B：C is 1：1：4, the quick-curing primer for damp substrate has best comprehensive performances.
