摘  要:针对永磁磁通切换电机的调磁难问题,提出一种H型混合励磁磁通切换电机。励磁绕组位于H型定子铁心单元的中间轭部,继承了永磁磁通切换电机的优点。介绍了电机的结构与工作原理,特别地对比讨论了磁路饱和时的调磁现象。从励磁磁通路径出发,分析了不同转子极数对电机弱磁能力的影响。有限元分析结果表明:该电机不仅继承了永磁磁通切换电机的优点,而且具有较强的弱磁能力,能够获得较高的定子磁链,无需额外铜耗就可获得最大的输出功率。In the light of the problem about flux-adjusting difficultly of flux-switching permanent magnet machines,a kind of flux-switching hybrid-excitation machines of H-type was proposed. Excitation coils is located at the middle yoke of H stator core,inherited the advantages of flux-switching permanent magnet machines. The structure and working principle were introduced,especially the flux-adjusting when saturation phenomenon happened to the magnetic circuit.Starting from the excitation flux path,the influence of different rotor poles on the flux-adjusting capability was analyzed.Finite element analysis results show that the motor not only inherits all the advantages of flux-switching permanent magnet machines but also has strong flux-adjusting capability,and it can obtain higher stator flux linkage and maximum power output without additional copper loss.
