摘 要:直线压缩机的活塞行程不受结构限制,为实现压缩机起动、停机和流量调节,防止活塞撞缸,减小余隙,需要一套控制系统来运行。通过分析直线压缩机的控制需求,研究和设计了一种基于单片机和双向可控硅的控制系统,通过单片机依据控制需求产生相应的触发脉冲,经过触发脉冲调理电路导通双向可控硅,实现输入电压的控制,进一步控制直线压缩机的运行。实验测试证明该控制电路能有效控制直线压缩机的运行,从而为直线压缩机控制提供一种有效的方法。Piston can move freely without stroke limitation in linear compressor. A control system is required to achieve the functions of start, stop and flow regulation of compressor,to prevent that the piston hits the cylinder, and to reduce the clearance. By analyzing the linear compressor control requirements, a control system with microcontroller and Triac was de- signed. Microeontroller generated the corresponding trigger pulse based on control requirements. Through trigger pulse con- ditioning circuit, Triae was conducted. So the input voltage for linear compressor was controlled and the operation of the linear compressor was controlled. Experimental tests show that the control circuit can control the operation of the linear compressor providing an effective method for control of the linear compressor.
