摘 要:研究了捕收剂H2-Z浮选石膏和石英的工艺条件。纯矿物研究表明:在p H=3~10范围内时,两种矿物的分选性差异很小,均表现很大的可浮性,在p H=1.5~2.5条件下浮选效果较佳,能实现石膏和石英的分离。实际矿物浮选表明:通过一粗一精一扫的选矿工艺流程可获得Si O2含量仅有1.63%的精制磷石膏,石膏品位为97.12%,回收率达93.50%,为高硅磷石膏综合利用提供了良好的技术条件。Processing parameters for flotation of gypsum and quartz with H2-Z as the collector were studied. When used to treat pure minerals,H2-Z showed little selectivity and a quite good floatablity at pulp p H ranging from 3 to 10,and a better flotation performance was obtained at p H of 1. 5 to 2. 5,achieving separation between gypsum and quartz. The actual ore flotation test flowsheet consisting of one roughing,one cleaning and one scavenging resulted in a purified phosphogypsum with gypsum grade of 97. 12% at recovery of 93. 50% and the Si O2 content therein of only 1. 63%.Therefore,this process can provide a good technical model for comprehensive utilization of high-silicon phosphogypsums.
