摘  要:通过烧结杯实验,研究了提高MgO含量对高铝烧结矿生产技术经济指标、烧结矿强度和矿物组成以及冶金性能的影响。结果表明:高铝烧结矿中MgO含量由2.55%提高到3.21%时,烧结矿成品率降低了4.77%,烧结利用系数降低了0.3t/(m2·h),转鼓强度降低了4.8%,气孔率增加,烧结矿低温还原粉化指数由66.8%提高到72.1%,还原性未发生明显变化。The effects of increasing the content of MgO on the technical and economic index of high-alumina sinter production,the strength,mineral composition and metallurgical properties of the sinter were studied through sinter pot tests. Results showed that MgO content in the high-alumina sinter increased from 2. 55% to 3. 21%,resulting in a decrease of 4. 77% in the yield of sinter products,0. 3 t /( m2·h) down in the sintering utilization coefficient,as well as a reduction of 4. 8% in the tumbler strength. On the contrary,the porosity rate was increased and RDI was raised from 66. 8% to 72. 1%,however,no significant change in reducibility.
