摘　　要：科技价值观是科技文化的核心与灵魂,对科技与经济社会发展影响巨大。中国科技价值观历经儒家文化、革命文化和现代文化三层传统文化的范畴与转型,其基本建构逻辑是在经世致用原则、意识形态主导、国家需要和政治推动之下,由道德功利主义向政治功利主义再向经济功利主义嬗变与演进。功利主义科技价值观的产生有其历史必然性,对科技发展具有促进作用,但其负面效应也十分明显,需要加以解构和重构。建构新型科技价值观的关键举措是端正对科学技术的真理性与功利性基本关系的认识;完整准确地理解和把握科技系统的整体结构与整体价值;充分尊重和发挥科技共同体的主体性地位与作用;促进科技文化与人文文化的协同发展;国家对新型主流科技价值观的建构与宣传发挥必要作用。Views about science and technology are core and spirit of science and technology culture. They may exert huge impact upon both the development of science and technology and the advancement of economy and society. After experiencing the casting and transforming from Confucianism, revolutionary culture and modem culture, with their fundamental logic shaped by pragmatism, ideology and the demand of nations and political propelling, Chinese views about value of science and technology evolve from moral utilitarianism to political utilitarianism then to economical utilitarianism. The generation of utilitarianism is of historical necessity. However, even though it facilitates the progress of science and technology, its negative influences are so obvious that deconstruction and reconstruction are badly needed. The key measure to establish new type of views about value of science and technology lies in the following five aspects： the correction of opinions toward the basic relations between the truth and the utility of science and technology; the accurate and comprehensive grasping of the holistic structure and value of its system; giving a full play of the science and technology community and due respect towards its subjectivity; the cooperating development of humanity and science and technology; taking a leading role for government to establish and disseminate the new mainstream type of views about value of science and technology,
