摘　　要：三联苯类化合物具有免疫抑制、抗氧化、神经保护、细胞毒以及抗血栓等多种生物活性,同时在液晶材料方面也有着广泛的应用.因此该类化合物的合成备受人们的关注.以偶联、环合、脱氢等反应进行分类,综述了近年合成该类化合物的方法.通过该角度的综述,我们希望能为设计出更好的合成方法带来启示.Terphenyl derivatives possess various biological activities, such as immunosuppressants, antioxidants, neuroprotective activity, cytotoxic activity, and antithrombotic activity, and they are also widely used in liquid crystal materials. Significant effort has been devoted to the synthesis of such compounds. Classified into coupling reaction, cycloaddition, dehydrogenation and other methods, this review provides a summary of recently developed methods for the preparation of terphenyls.
