摘　　要：土地转让程序是西周土地制度研究的重要内容,西周金文则是探讨当时土地转让程序的主要依据;由于金文某些关键字句的释读歧异,学者对西周土地转让程序的认识还有分歧;通过对相关学术观点的对比分析和对金文关键字词的考辩疏解,重新论列西周土地转让的程序及礼俗。The research of the procedure for transfer of land is an important part in the research of the land system in the Western Zhou Dynasty, and the inscriptions on bronze are the main basis of the research,however, because of the difference in textual interpretations of some key characters on bronze, there are still disagreements in the research of the land transfer procedure in the Western Zhou Dynasty. Based on the research in the past, this article researches into the land transfer procedure in the Western Zhou Dynasty again.
