益气和胃胶囊治疗糖尿病胃动力障碍40例临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察益气和胃胶囊治疗糖尿病胃动力障碍(DGMD)的临床疗效。方法选择自2012年9月至2014年6月医院住院治疗的糖尿病胃动力障碍患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。两组患者均给予糖尿病常规治疗,对照组加用多潘立酮片口服,观察组加用益气和胃胶囊口服治疗。比较患者症状改善情况,并分别记录两组患者治疗前后的胃动力物理指标、临床症候积分,检测胃泌素(GAS)水平、胃动素(MTL)水平以及胃内残留小钡条数。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率为92.50%,显著高于对照组的85.00%,尤其是大便溏稀和嗳气症状改善分值优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者的胃动力学物理指标均明显优于治疗前(P<0.05),但组间无统计学差异。与治疗前比较,治疗后两组患者GAS水平略有上升,而MTL水平明显升高,胃内残留小钡条数则均明显减少(P<0.05),但两者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论益气和胃胶囊治疗DGMD的疗效显著,能明显改善患者的临床症状和胃动力学指标,值得推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Hewei Capsule for treating diabetic gastric motility disorder（ DGMD）. Methods80 patients with DGMD in this hospital from September 2012 to June 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,40 cases each. The two groups were given the diabetic routine therapy. The control group was added with oral Domperidone Tablet and the observation group was added with oral Yiqi Hewei Capsule. The improvement situation of symptoms was compared between the two groups. The gastric dynamic physical indexes,clinical syndrome integral,gastrin（ GAS） and motilin（ MTL） levels were detected and the gastric residual small barium strip number before and after treatment in the two groups were recorded for conducting statistical analysis. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 92. 50%,which was significantly higher than 85. 00% in the control group; the improvement scores of loose stool and belching symptoms in the observation group was significantly superior to the control group,and the differences had statistical significance（ P 0. 05）. The gastric dynamic physical indexes after the treatment in the two groups were significantly better than those before treatment,but without statistical differences between the two groups; the GAS level in the two groups was slightly increasedv,the MTL level was obviously increased,gastric residual small barium strip number after treatment was significantly decreased（ P 0. 05）,but the difference between the two groups had no statistical significance（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion Yiqi Hewei Capsule has obvious effect for treating DGMD,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and the gastric dynamic indexes,and deserves to be popularized and applied in clinic.
