高效液相色谱法测定益母颗粒中盐酸水苏碱含量

摘　　要：目的建立测定益母颗粒中盐酸水苏碱含量的高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱采用强阳离子交换（SCX100A）柱（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,流动相为15 mmol/L磷酸二氢钾（含0.04%三乙胺,0.15%磷酸）,检测波长为192 nm。结果盐酸水苏碱进样量在0.258~5.160μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好（r=0.999 8,n=6）,平均加样回收率为97.45%,RSD=0.81%（n=6）。结论该法简便、准确、专属性强、重复性良好,可用于益母颗粒的质量控制。Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of the stachydrine hydrochloride content in Yimu Granules.Methods The strong cation exchange（ SCX） column（ 250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm） was used as the chromatographic column. The mobile phase was 15 mmol / L potassium dihydrogen phosphate（ containing 0. 04% triethylamine and 0. 15% phosphoric acid）. The detection wavelength was 192 nm. Results The sample size of stachydrine hydrochloride within 0. 258-5. 160 μg showed good linearity（ r =0. 999 8, n = 6）; the average recover rate was 97. 45%, RSD = 0. 81%（ n = 6）. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate, strongly specific and better repeatable,and can be used for the quality control of Yimu Granules.
