涂宗瀛理学视角下的廉政作为

摘　　要：涂宗瀛追随曾国藩、李鸿章,以坚守、宣扬程朱理学而著称,为官20载,所到之处心系黎庶百姓,尽职尽责,身体力行,始终如一。他办学校,扬理学,育黎民,正吏治,端民风,劝农桑以安本业,仿朱熹建社仓备赈,割俸金救灾荒,慎重人命不避处分。种种兴利除弊、造福人民的功绩深入人心。在廉政方面曾遭到一些言官的纠弹,通过彭玉麟的2次公正调查,最后还其清白。涂氏虽偏向保守,没有极力从事近代化活动,但于国、于民、于己都有值得肯定的地方。Tu Zongying,following Zeng Guofan,Li Hongzhang,is renowned for holding and promoting neo-confucianism.He served people for twenty years,wherever his heart was for people conscientiously and earnestly practices what he advocated.He started the school,advocated neo-confucianism,cultivated the common people,renovated the government officials and corrected the folk custom.He advised agriculture and silkworm to arrange the farming,imitated Zhu Xi to build warehouse club for relief,cut pension payments to relief famine,carefully about human beings without avoiding sanctions.Achievements of promoting the beneficial and abolishing the harmful,the well-being of the people,are deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.Tu Zongying who had been impeached by some officers in terms of integrity was improved innocent through Peng Yulin＇s two impartial investigation.He was rather conservative,not to engage in modern activities,but he was positive in the country,the people and himself.
