摘　　要：本文选择了常见的四种医学媒介,通过探讨其繁殖规律,根据繁殖特性对其繁殖周期进行了测算,根据测算结果得出,针对鼠蟑类应3-4月实施一次卫生监督;针对蚊蝇类应1-2月实施一次卫生监督。因此,本文认为,国际航行船舶卫生监督频次在蚊蝇繁殖季节,每1-2个月对进行一次卫生监督,其他季节每3-4个月一次,每半年至少一次全面检查。Four common medical vectors are chosen and their propagation characteristics are explored. Based on the bio- characteristics,propagation period are calculated and discussed. According to the results,international ships health supervision should be carried out every 1- 2 months in the propagation season of mosquito and fly and every 3- 4 months on the other seasons,and a comprehensive inspection should be carried out at least every six months.
