摘 要:目的掌握珠江水域广州口岸蜚蠊的本底情况,为口岸开展蜚蠊防控、完善相关传染病防制机制等提供科学依据。方法采用盒式诱捕法调查蜚蠊的种群结构、密度和季节消长等情况。结果共捕获蜚蠊2462只,隶属于3属4种;优势种为美洲大蠊;蜚蠊年平均密度为0.22只/盒;季节消长呈单峰型,高峰期为5~9月,不同口岸蜚蠊密度高峰期各有不同。结论本次调查掌握了珠江水域广州口岸蜚蠊的本底情况。Objective This article intends to understand the background situation of the cockroaches at Guangzhou ports along the Zhujiang River,and to provide scientific evidence for cockroaches' prevention and control,and improving the prevention and control mechanism of cockroach- borne communicable diseases. Methods Trap boxes method is used to investigate cockroach population,density and seasonal growth. Results 2 462 cockroaches are captured and identified as 1 family 3 genera 4 species. Periplaneta Americana Linnaeus is the dominant specie.The annual average density of cockroach is 0. 22 / box. There is single- peak from May to September. The peak of cockroach density at different port is not similar. Conclusion The background situation of the cockroaches at Guangzhou ports along the Zhujiang River is understood through the investigation.
