小切口开窗式髓核摘除术治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨小切口开窗式髓核摘除术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法将120例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为两组,各60例。对照组给予常规手术治疗,观察组给予小切口开窗式髓核摘除术治疗。观察比较两组患者手术切口、手术时间、术中出血量、术后卧床时间及治疗效果。结果观察组患者手术切口小于对照组(P<0.01),术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.01),手术时间和术后卧床时间均短于对照组(P<0.01);观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的83.33%(P<0.05)。结论小切口开窗式髓核摘除术治疗腰椎间盘突出症与常规手术比较,具有手术切口小、手术时间短、术中出血少、术后恢复快及治疗效果好等优点,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe clinical effect of small incision fenestration discectomy in surgical treatment for lumbar disc herniation. Methods One hundred and twenty patients undergoing small incision fenestration discectomy for lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each group. The control group underwent conventional operation and the observation group underwent small incision fenestration discectomy. The incision size,operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume,postoperative bed time and treatment effect of the two groups were observed. Results In the observation group,incision size,operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume,postoperative bed time were smaller and shorter than those of the control group（ P〈0. 01）. Total effective rate of observation group（ 95. 00%） was higher than that of the control group（ 83. 33%）（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The small incision fenestration discectomy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,compared with the conventional operation,has the advantages of small incision,shorter operative time,less bleeding,rapid recovery after operation and good treatment effect,and is worth clinical promotion.
