原发性高血压患者血浆脑钠素水平与左室肥厚的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨原发性高血压患者血浆脑钠素(BNP)水平与左室肥厚(LVH)的相关性。方法将116例原发性高血压患者根据超声心动图左心室质量指数(LVMI)的不同分为LVH组(38例)和非LVH组(78例),测定两组患者血浆BNP水平,并对其进行相关性分析。结果血浆BNP水平与LVMI呈正相关(P<0.01),与E/A比值呈负相关(P<0.01),与左心室射血分数(LVEF)呈负相关(P<0.01);两组相关参数比较,LVH组BNP水平高于非LVH组(P<0.01),E/A比值、LVEF均低于非LVH组(P<0.01)。结论血浆BNP水平变化与LVH密切相关,其相关指标可作为原发性高血压患者LVH的间接诊断依据。Objective To study the relevance of brain natriuretic peptide（ BNP） level and left ventricular hypertrophy（ LVH）.Methods One hundred and sixteen patients with essential hypertension were divided into LVH group（ n = 38） and un LVH group（ n= 78） according to echocardiographic left ventricular mass index（ LVMI）,BNP levels of the two groups were measured and linear correlation analysis was made among BNP and LVH. Results The level of BNP was positively related with LVMI（ P〈0. 01）,but negatively related with the ratio of E / A and LVEF（ P〈0. 01）. Comparison of related parameters of two groups,showed that BNP level of LVH group was higher than that of un LVH group（ P〈0. 01）,but the ratio of E / A and LVEF were lower than that of un LVH group（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion The change of plasma BNP is closely related with LVH,so the related index may be considered as an indirect diagnostic evidence of LVH in essential hypertension patients.
