稳心颗粒对冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者血液流变学的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨稳心颗粒对冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者血液流变学的影响。方法将100例冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为两组,各50例。两组均给予肠溶阿司匹林等常规药物治疗,观察组加用稳心颗粒口服,治疗8周后,观察两组血液流变学指标变化。结果两组患者治疗前高切全血粘度、中切全血粘度、低切全血粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞变形指数、红细胞聚集指数比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者高切全血粘度、中切全血粘度、低切全血粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞聚集指数均较治疗前下降(P<0.01),红细胞变形指数较治疗前升高(P<0.01);两组治疗后比较,观察组上述指标较对照组改善更为明显(P<0.01)。结论冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者在常规治疗基础上加用稳心颗粒治疗,能明显改善各项血液流变学指标,降低血液粘稠度。Objective To explore the effect of Wenxin granule on blood rheology in patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods One hundred cases of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group and both were given aspirin and other conventional drug therapy. The observation group was given additional Wenxin granule orally and after 8 weeks of treatment,the change of blood rheological index was observed. Results The high,middle and low shear whole blood viscosities,plasma viscosity,erythrocyte aggregation indexes of the two groups before treatment were compared with no significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. But the above indexes after treatment decreased compared with that before treatment（ P〉0. 01）,and erythrocyte deformation index increased after treatment,compared with those before treatment（ P〈0. 01）,and the above indexes of the observation group showed more significant changes than those of the control group（ P〈0. 01）.Conclusion Wenxin granule on the basis of conventional treatment can significantly improve the changes of indexes of hemorheology in patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease and reduce blood viscosity.
