摘　　要：本文主要对ZGMn13钢球磨机衬板破裂的原因进行了分析，发现衬板破裂的原因主要是因为水韧处理时冷速不足造成的，铸造疏松和较多的非金属夹杂物存在对钢的韧性也不利，并相应的提出了一定的改正预防措施。The cracking analysis of ZGMn13 steel is studied in this article. The results indicate that the cooling rate is not enough to make cracking of the steel and Casting porosity, non-metalic inclusion in the steel also damage the toughness. Some improved methods are put forward.
