烟农专业合作社物资供应模式的探索和应用

摘　　要：烟农专业合作社的物资供应是通过对合作社进行农用物资的批量采购和科学供应，降低农用物资采购成本，减少农户开支，提升农用物资科学利用，增加合作社的盈利，提高烟叶质量，保护生态环境，达到现代烟草农业生产“减工降本，提质增效”的目的。烟农专业合作社的物资供应模式随着合作社服务内容和种植主体需求变化而不断创新完善，博山区局（分公司）从2013年1月开始对烟农专业合作社的物资供应模式进行了研究，通过对烟农专业合作社的物资采购、物资仓储、物资配送和物资使用流程进行分析研究，认为基本解决了物资供应中的物资价格高、质量低劣和施用不当等主要问题，建立了一种规范、便捷、高效、优质的物资供应模式，促使减工降本，提质增效，达到资源节约，环境友好的目的。The mode of material supply in tobacco grower cooperative features batch purchasing and scientific supplying ,with the aim of lowering the cost of agricultural material, reducing the expenditure of tobacco grower, promoting the use of agricultural material in a scientific way, increasing the profit of the tobacco grower cooperative, improving the quality of tobacco ,and protecting the environment. In a word, this mode meets the demand of“reducing craftsmanship and cost, improving quality and efficiency”. The Tobacco Monopoly Administration （Boshan Subsidiary of Tobacco Company Ltd., Zibo, Shan Dong） started the research on this mode of material supply in January, 2013 through the analysis and study of purchase, storage, delivery, and using process. This mode of material supply figures out a solution to a large number of problem like high cost, low quality, incorrect use, etc., and it constructs a regular, convenient, high-eficient, and superior mode. In conclusion, the mode of material supply in tobacco grower cooperative satisfies the need of“reducing craftsmanship and cost, improving quality and efficiency”, and it fulfils the purpose of saving resource and protecting environment.
