摘　　要：目的观察平帽式调Q激光联合左旋V-C导入治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法随机选择2012年1月~2013年4月在我科接受治疗的黄褐斑患者30例,应用韩国LUTRONIC公司S8调Q激光联合左旋V-C导入治疗5个月。结果 30例患者中,基本治愈7例,显效14例,好转9例,总有效率70%。结论平帽式调Q激光联合左旋V-C导入治疗黄褐斑的疗效确切、安全,适合临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of flat hat Q-switched laser and combined with importing LVC on treatment of melasma.Methods 30 patients with melasma were randomly selected in our department from January 2012 to April 2013.S8Q-switched laser from Korea LUTRONIC company was used,at the same time,L-VC was imported into the skin for a total of five months of treatment.Results Of 30 cases with melasma,7 cases were basically cured,14 cases had a marked effect,9 cases had improved after treatment.The total effective rate was 70%.Conclusion The method that jointing flat cap type Q-switched laser and L-VC into treatment of melasma is effective,safe,and suitable for clinical application.
