Cook子宫颈扩张球囊与地诺前列酮对晚期妊娠促宫颈成熟效果的对比分析

摘　　要：目的探讨Cook子宫颈扩张球囊与地诺前列酮用于晚期妊娠促宫颈成熟的临床效果。方法选取2009年10月~2012年10月收治的205例有引产指征的患者为研究对象,采用Cook子宫颈扩张球囊促宫颈成熟的110例为研究组,地诺前列酮促宫颈成熟的95例为对照组,比较两组的促宫颈成熟效果和阴道分娩率。结果两组的促宫颈成熟效果有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。研究组中阴道分娩率为80%（88/110例）,对照组阴道分娩率为58%（55/95例）,两者比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 Cook子宫颈扩张球囊促宫颈成熟作用明显,Bishop评分提高4分,增加了阴道分娩率,是一种有效的促宫颈成熟方法 。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect and safety for ripening and dilating unfavorable cervix at terms by using Cook cervical ripening balloon and propess.Methods 205 women with Bishop score6 were studied.Cervical ripening was carried out by two methods.110 used Cook cervical ripening balloon（CRB）and 95 received 0.5mg PGE2gel（Propess）.The effect of cervical ripening and rate of vaginal delivery were compared.Results There were significant differences in Bishop score improvement between two groups.The vaginal delivery rate of pregnant women used CRB group and PGE2 group were 80% and 58% respectively with significant difference.Conclusion The effect of ripening cervix by using CRB is evident.CRB is an effective method in labor induction with unfavorable cervix.
