摘　　要：目的:以薯蓣皂苷元为对照品,建立黄精药材及其炮制品的薄层色谱鉴别方法。方法:采用硅胶G高效预制板,以氯仿-乙酸乙酯(15∶1)为展开剂上行展开。结果:经考察不同的提取方法,展开剂和不同的展开条件,确定了实验方法。应用本方法对10批药材及其不同炮制品进行试验,斑点清晰,分离度好。结论:本鉴别方法操作简便、灵敏度高,可用于黄精药材及炮制品的定性鉴别。Objective Using Diosgeni as reference substances to establish a TLC identification method for Polygonatum and its processed products. Methods The sample was separated by using chloroform-ethyl acetate （ 15：1 ） and silica gel G high prefabricated plate. Rsults By studying the different extraction methods, developer and different deployment conditions, experiment method was confirmed. The application of this method to test 10 batches of medicinal herbs and its different pro-cessed products. The spots were clear and separated good. Conclusion This identification method had the advantages of simple operation, high sensitivity, which can be used for the qualitative identification of Polygonatum medicinal herbs and pro- cessed products.
