RP-HPLC法同时测定栀子柏皮汤不同剂型甘草苷与甘草酸铵的含量

摘　　要：目的：建立RP-HPLC同时测定栀子柏皮汤传统汤剂、经方颗粒剂及单味配方颗粒剂中甘草苷、甘草酸铵含量的分析方法。方法：采用Agilent Extend-C18色谱柱（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）,以乙腈-0.05%磷酸水溶液-甲醇为流动相梯度洗脱,流速为0.8ml/min,检测波长为237nm,柱温30℃。结果：甘草苷及甘草酸铵进样量分别在0.10~0.80μg和0.10~0.50μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率（n=9）分别为100.36%（RSD=0.76%）、100.43%（RSD=1.10%）。结论：本法适用于不同剂型栀子柏皮汤中甘草苷、甘草酸铵的同时测定。Objective To establish the analytical method for RP - HPLC simultaneous determin ation of the content of liquiritin and glycyrrhetinic acid in traditional Zhizi Baipi soup, the granule of classical prescription and the granule of single herb. Method The operating conditions were Agilent Extend - C18 acid solution - methanol at a flow of 0. 8ml·min^-1 and wavelength at 237nm. Result The sample size of liquiritin and glycyrrhetinic acid respectively in 0. 10 -0. 80μg and 0. 10 -0. 50μg had a good linear rela-tionship with peak area. The average recoveries （n =9） were 100. 36% （RSD =0. 76% ） and 100.43% （RSD = 1.10% ）. Conclusions The method applies for simultaneous determination of liquiritin and glycyrrhetinic in different dosage form of Zhizi Baipi soup.
