临床检验血液标本存档托盘的设计

摘　　要：目的:规范血液分析后标本的存档,以提高工作效率,保证复检结果。方法:以有机玻璃钢作为结构件,利用医院检验信息系统(LIS)资源,使用条形码系统和PIC单片机等电子技术,用条形码作为识别编号,插孔位置代码与之自动关联写入或者删除记录,跑马灯指示位置,指引标本位置,帮助操作者快速、准确找到标本。一次性塑料保鲜薄膜留住了标本的水分,防止相互感染。结果:经过样机试用,采纳了操作者建议,优化程序,最终获得了操作者的认可。结论:通过对分析后血液标本的存档现状的研究,整合现有资源,悉心听取一线操作者的意见,最终完成产品设计,解决了工作中的实际问题,且该产品已经获得国家专利授权。Objective： To standardize the analysis of blood samples after filing; provide efficiency; assurance review the results. Methods： Plexiglass steel as a structural element, the use of hospital resources LIS system, using bar code systems and PIC microcontroller and other electronic technology, with a bar code as identification number, location code jack automatically associated with the write or delete records, Marquee indicate the location, guidelines specimen position, helping the operator to quickly and accurately find specimens. Disposable plastic cling film specimens retain moisture and prevent cross contamination. Results： After the prototype trial, recommended the adoption of the operator to optimize the process, eventually won the recognition of the operator. Conclusion： Based on the status of archived blood samples for the analysis of the study, the integration of existing resources, carefully listen to the views of front-line operator, the final completion of product design, work to solve practical problems, and the products have been China＇s national patents.
