比较不同年龄和不同采集时相对肺部肿瘤PET/CT四维显像的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨正电子发射计算机断层成像术电子计算机X射线断层扫描技术(PET/CT)四维显像时选择不同年龄和不同采集时相对肺部肿瘤的影响。方法:对80例肺部结节患者行PET/CT四维显像,根据不同年龄和不同采集时相分为6时相组和10时相组,观察两组显像成功率。结果:较年长的患者适合用采集时相少的四维采集方法,而较年轻的患者适合用采集时相多的方法。结论:PET/CT四维显像时需根据患者年龄选择采集时相。Objective： To investigate the influence of lung nodule images with different ages and phases during four dimensional PET/CT imaging. Methods： Among the 80 patients with lung nodules who were performed four dimensional PET/CT images, grouped for two groups, one is six phases and the other is 10 phases according to the ages and phases, then observed the achievement ratio between the two groups. Results： It was fit for the order using the less phases during the four dimensional PET/CT imaging, other than the young fit to more phases. Conclusion： When the four dimensional PET/CT imaging was performed, we should choose the phases according to the ages.
