摘　　要：目的:保证医院医疗设备使用国家法定计量单位进行准确、安全的工作,提高临床对计量质量控制重要性的认识,使计量质量控制在医院顺利开展。方法:定期组织计量技术培训,强化计量管理,通过培训,提高医院计量质量控制整体能力。结果:加强医学计量在医学研究和医疗质量管理领域中的地位和作用。结论:医学计量管理是医院质量管理中的重要组成部分,是医疗质量的技术保障和必要手段。只有保证了医疗设备的计量管理,才能发挥医疗设备最大的社会效益。Objective： To ensure the hospital with national legal measurement units and medical equipment for accurate, safe and effective work, by improving the clinical understanding of measuring quality, make the measurement quality control carried out in the hospital. Methods： organize regular measurement personnel training, strengthening measurement management, through to the clinical measurement quality training, make its recognition measurement quality improved. Results： the medical measurement as a foundation for medical research and medical treatment quality control technology and the important guarantee, its role and position increasingly remarkable. Conclusion： medical metrology management is an important component part of hospital quality management, is the medical quality of technical support and necessary means. Only to ensure the metrology management of medical equipment, can make the medical equipment maximum social benefits.
