摘　　要：基于双边市场和技术接受模型,从科技资源供需对接平台使用的提供和需求双方角度,依据544份调查问卷实证研究了影响双方采纳科技资源对接平台的行为因素。结果表明:使用态度、感知有用性对双方的采纳行为起决定性作用,平台的易用性对双方和感知收益对提供方的采纳有促进作用,感知服务成本对需求方的采纳有负向影响。研究结论为科技资源供需对接平台的发展提供理论支持和实践帮助。Based on two-sided market and technology acceptance model, using 544 questionnaires, the empirical study in this paper dis-cusses the factors influencing adoption behavior from the provider and demander side respectively of scientific and technological （ S＆amp;T） re-sources connection platform. Results show that the attitude and perceived usefulness is critical to the adoption behavior of both sides, the perceived ease of use and perceived benefit has positive effect on S＆amp;T resource provider behavior, and perceived cost has negative effect on S＆amp;T resource demander behavior.
