摘　　要：针对现有的明渠流量测量仪只能测量流量数据而无法观测现场流量状况的问题,设计了一种基于机器视觉技术的明渠流量测量仪。给出了仪器的组成及测量方法;详细介绍了基于DSP的图像采集和处理系统。试验结果证明,该仪器工作状态方便、稳定,测量数据准确、快捷,能实现对流量数据和现场流量图像的同时观测。In view of the existing open channel flow measurement instrument can only measure flow data and can＇t observation at the scene of traffic situation, design a kind of open channel flow measurement in- strument based on machine vision technology. Composition and method for measuring instrument is given; Introduces in detail the image acquisition and processing system based on DSP. Experiment results show that the instrument work stable, accurate and quick measurement data, and can realize the flow data and field flow image observation at the same time.
