摘  要:RIC-200型二甲苯异构化催化剂2010年9月在中国石油化工股份有限公司天津分公司芳烃联合装置上首次工业应用,催化剂的异构化活性为23.6%,乙苯转化率为21.5%,C8芳烃损失质量分数2.67%。连续运转45个月,需对催化剂进行再生。RIC-200型催化剂的首次工业再生采用低氧氮气分步烧焦法。结果表明,催化剂上积炭去除干净,再生催化剂的初始异构化活性为23.7%,乙苯转化率为30.4%,活性恢复良好。调整稳定后,C8芳烃损失质量分数2.2%,选择性良好,表明RIC-200型催化剂具有良好的再生性能。RIC-200 catalyst for xylene isomerization was first applied in the commercial aromatics complex plant of Sinopec Tianjin Branch Company in Septemper,2010,and was regenerated after running for 45 months. The isomerization activity of 23. 6% ,ethylbenzene conversion of 21. 5% ,and C8 aromatics loss mass fraction of 2. 67% were obtained over RIC-200 catalyst. The regeneration of RIC-200 catalyst was carried out with low oxygen in nitrogen by multi-step burning method. The results indicated that the coke on the catalyst was removed completely. The initial isomerization activity and ethylbenzene conversion of RIC-200 catalyst after regeneration were 23. 7% and 30. 4% ,respectively. The activity of the regeneration catalyst recovered well. After stable operation,C8 aromatics loss mass fraction was 2. 2% and the selectivity of catalyst was fine,which indicated that RIC-200 catalyst possessed good regeneration performance.
