摘 要:以制备的具有高比表面积Mg Al2O4为载体,采用等体积浸渍法,工业生产新型高效FBK型Co-Mo/Mg Al2O4高压CO耐硫变换催化剂。在福建三钢(集团)三明化工有限责任公司变换工段100 L侧线装置上开展近四个月的催化剂工业试验研究。结果表明,催化剂运行过程易调节和控制,催化剂活性和热稳定性优异,低汽气比条件下不发生副反应,出口CO浓度完全满足生产要求。使用过程中催化剂无粉化,无结块,机械强度高,抗水合性能优越,适应宽汽气体积比(约0.4-2.0)条件,节能效果显著,具有很好的工业应用前景。Using MgAl2 O4 with high specific surface area as the support,a new high-efficiency FBK-typed Co-Mo / MgAl2 O4 catalyst for CO water-gas shift reaction under high pressure was prepared by incipient wetness impregnation method. The commercial side-stream tests was carried out in 100 L sidestream equipment in Fujian Sanming Steel(Group)Sanming Chemical Co. ,Ltd. for 4 months. The results demonstrated that the operation process of the catalyst was easy to control and adjust. FBK-typed Co-Mo / MgAl2 O4 catalyst possessed superior CO conversion and high thermal stability. The outlet CO concentration could fully meet the requirements of production and no other side reaction occured under the condition of low stream/ gas ratio. The used catalyst still remained high mechanical strength and superior water-resistant properties,and had no obvious aggregation or pulverization. The catalyst exhibited remarkable energy-saving effect under the wide stream/ gas ratio range(about 0. 4 - 2. 0). Co-Mo / MgAl2 O4 catalyst had a promising commercial application in water-gas shift reaction.
