摘　　要：2014年,中央经济工作会议宣布我国经济从高速增长转为中高速增长的经济新常态。农业是国民经济的重要组成部分,其特殊的战略意义决定了农业在国民经济中永恒的基础地位。畜牧业作为农业的重要支柱,也将全面步入新常态发展阶段。本文根据最新的畜牧业统计资料,综述2013年肉羊生产形势,并对进入畜牧业新常态下肉羊生产作出预测与展望。The Central Economic Work Conference in 2014 announced the nation has adapted to a ＂new normal＂ in the pace of economic growth. Agriculture has special strategic significance and it plays a key role in national economy. As the pillar industry of agriculture, animal husbandry is also stepping into the new normal state. The current study summarizes lamp production and explores the prospects for its future development in the ＂new normal＂.
