HPLC法测定胃疡宁丸中乌药醚内酯的含量

摘　　要：目的 建立了胃疡宁丸中乌药醚内酯的高效液相法（HPLC）测定方法 。方法 采用超声提取乌药醚内酯,使用DiamonsilC18（4.6mm×250mm,5μm）柱,乙腈-水（56∶44）为流动相,检测波长为235nm,流速为1.0mL/min。结果 乌药醚内酯在0.018-3.6μg质量范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9995,平均回收率为99.81%。结论 该测定方法 简便、准确、可靠,可用于胃疡宁丸的质量控制。Objective To establish a determination method of linderane in Weiyangning pill by HPLC. Methods Ultrasonic was used to extract linderane, Diamonsil C18（4.6mm×250mm, 5μm） column was used, acetonitrile-water（56∶44） as the mobile phase, detection wavelength was 235nm, the flow rate was 1.0mL/min. Results Linderane in the mass range of 0.018-3.6 μg showed a good linear relationship, the average recovery was 99.81%. Conclusion The method is simple, reliable, and accurate and can be used for quality control of the preparation.
