浅谈某院门急诊处方点评分析

摘　　要：目的 了解我院门急诊处方质量、用药基本情况和存在的问题。方法 随机抽查1200张门急诊处方,按照《医院处方点评管理规范(试行)》的要求对其逐一点评,并进行统计分析。结果 1200张门急诊处方中,合理处方726张,处方合理率为60.5%;不合理处方474张(占39.5%),其中不规范处方289张,不适宜处方87张,超常处方98张,主要表现为处方前记内容缺项、重复给药、无正当理由超说明书用药等。结论 我院门急诊处方用药合理性有待进一步加强与提高。Objective To investigate the quality of outpatient and emergency prescriptions, drug use and the problems involved in drug use in our hospital. Methods A total of 1200 outpatient and emergency prescriptions randomly sampled from our hospital were commented in accordance with ＂Hospital Management Standard on Prescription Comment（trial）＂ and which were also analyzed statistically. Results The total 1200 prescriptions, 726（60.5%） were rational and 474（39.5%） irrational. Of the irrational ones, 289 were nonstandard prescriptions and 87 were inappropriate ones and 98 were extraordinary ones which manifested as prescription records missing, repeated administration drugs and super drug instructions etc. Conclusion The rational level of drug use remains to be strengthened and improved further.
