摘　　要：目的 建立板蓝根颗粒中RS-告伊春含量测定方法 。方法 采用高效液相色谱法,Kromasil C18色谱柱（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,流动相为乙腈-0.01%磷酸（6∶94）,流速1.0 m L/min,柱温30℃,检测波长为245 nm。结果 RS-告伊春在1.94-30.98μg/m L范围内,呈良好的线性关系（r=0.9997）,定量限为7.12 ng/m L,回收率为96.1%,RSD为1.6%（n=9）。结论 本方法 快速、准确。方法 的稳定性、重复性良好,可作为板蓝根颗粒质量分析控制方法 。Objective To establish the determination method of RS-Goitrin in isatidis radix granula. Methods Using high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC） method, Kromasil C18 chromatographic column（250 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm）, mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.01% phosphoric acid（6∶94）, the velocity 1.0 m L/min, column temperature 30 ℃, detection wavelength of 250 nm. Results Puerarin in sample quantity is 1.94-30.98 μg/m L range, show a good linear relationship（r=0.9997）. Quantitative limit of 7.12 ng/m L, the recovery was 96.1%, RSD was 1.6%（n=9）. Conclusion This method is rapid and accurate. The stability of the method, good repeatability, and can be used for isatidis radix granula quality control are analyzed.
