摘　　要：首先给出了基于计算机纯软件模式的水电站运行人员仿真培训系统的组成结构,随后讨论了仿真模型的选择方法,然后结合内部软件机制说明了培训仿真系统的整合步骤。在浙江某水电站的实际投运效果说明本水电站仿真培训系统能够满足运行人员的各种培训需要。The paper presents a practical software-mode-based operator training system for a hydroelectric plant. The architecture of the system is briefly introduced. The modeling and simulation of a hydroelectric plant is also discussed. Afterward, the integrating methodology of the system is provided in coordination with the internal software structure of the system. The application to a hydroelectric plant in South China demonstrates the operator training system can satisfy the training needs.
