摘　　要：基于知识产权保护对高新技术产品出口竞争力的理论,运用中国31个省市2002~2012年高新技术产业的数据,采用HL方法测算中国知识产权保护水平,通过对东部地区、中部地区、西部地区面板数据的分析,重点考察了中国知识产权保护水平的差异对高新技术产品出口竞争力的影响。实证分析结果表明,东部、中部、西部地区的知识产权保护水平对其高新技术产品出口竞争力的影响均存在着显著正效应,但东部地区的效应最明显。Based on the theory of the intellectual property rights（IPR）to high-tech products＇ export competitiveness,we focus on the effect of three different areas＇ IPR of China to high-tech products＇ export competitiveness by using the panel data of high-tech industry from 2002 to 2012in Chinese provinces,adopting the HL method.By estimating Chinese IPR and analyzing the panel data of eastern area,middle area and western area,we find that the IPR of eastern area,middle area and western area have the significant positive effect on the export competitiveness of high-tech products,but eastern area＇s IPR has the most significant positive effect.
