摘 要:随着人们对法学实践教学重要性的认识日益加深,各法学本科院校陆续开展了如模拟法庭、法律诊所等实践教学。但目前的实践教学仍存在着零散、孤立和模拟的缺陷,因此需要建立具有层次性、阶段性和系统化的实训课程体系。通过系统的实务训练,逐步培养学生对法律知识综合运用的能力。As more and more people pay much attention to the importance of practice teaching of law, all the universi- ties have carried out such as moot court of law, legal clinic practice teaching, etc. But the current practice teaching are still scattered, isolated and simulated, therefore it needs to set up a hierarchy, periodic and systematic training course system. Students' comprehensive ability in use of the legal knowledge can be gradually achieved through the practice of the system training. This paper analysizes the analyzes several conditions of implementation of training programs.
