摘　　要：文章基于文献回顾和对图书馆知识社区服务的用户使用意愿影响因素的理论分析,提出了由感知易用性、感知有用性、信息质量、感知风险和使用意愿构成的图书馆知识社区服务使用意向影响因素模型,并设计问卷进行了调查。对问卷结果的分析验证了该模型的科学性和合理性。结果表明,对其他用户的信任和感知风险对用户的使用意愿有较大影响,感知有用性、对图书馆的信任和感知易用性对用户使用意愿的影响依次降低。据此,文章对图书馆知识社区的构建提出了四点建议,研究结果具有一定的实践意义。Based on the literature review and theoretical analysis of influential factors for users＇ intention to use library knowledge community,the authors set up a model for it,consisting of perceived ease of use,perceived usefulness,information quality,perceived risk and willingness to use,and design a questionnaire to test and verify the model.The results validate the scientificity and rationality of the model,and show that trust to other users and perceived risk have a great impact on the user＇s willingness to use library knowledge community,while perceived usefulness,trust to the library and perceived ease of use affect the willingness of users in descending order.Accordingly,this paper presents a four-point proposal to build a library knowledge community,and the research findings have some practical significance.
