摘  要:针对目前数码平板的边框与屏幕之间的缝隙对其外观质量的影响和缝隙检测精度的要求,设计开发了数码平板的GAP视觉自动检测系统。首先根据待检测平板的结构特征,给出了检测系统的机械结构简图,并对该系统的检测流程作简单阐述。再借助计算机视觉理论,采用二次滤波、膨胀与腐蚀算法,并借助图像处理软件,实现了数码平板的GAP图像自动检测与质量分类,加强了检测的可靠性。In order to solve the problems of the gap impact between the frame and the screen of digital tablet on its appearance quality and the requirements of the gap accurate testing,it designs an automated visual inspection system based on the GAP of digital tablet. According to structural features of detected table,it designs the mechanical structure diagram of the detection system and describes a brief description of the system testing process.Based on computer vision theory and aiming at enhancing the reliability of the detection,it uses the image processing software to process the images with the algorithm combined with quadratic filter,expansion and corrosion. This realizes the GAP automatic detection and the quality classification of digital tablet.
