斜井抽油泵漏失机理的研究及其参数优化

摘　　要：对抽油泵的环隙漏失以及泵阀容积损失进行了理论分析,找出了影响泵效的主要参数(泵筒与柱塞的间隙,柱塞偏心量,阀球启闭时间),对泵的结构进行了设计和改善,而达到优化参数的目的,得出高效泵和常规泵漏失量的对比结果。This paper analysis gap leakage of pump and valve volume loss in theory,and find out the main parameters affecting the pump efficiency（The clearance between plunger and pump barrel,Plunger of eccentricity,Ball valve opening and closing time）,and designs and improves the structure of pumpand achieve the goal of optimization parameters.It is concluded that efficient pump and conventional pump loss comparison results.
